But do you have suggestions for alternative ways the less aesthetically shaped can hide ourselves?

Pleasing a man’s eyes is not (and should not) be the purpose of a woman’s life.
NGOs are better suited for lofty causes like
tame-girls-generally-wear-salwar-kameez-and-are-harrased-on-the-buses-and-are-too-scared-to-raise-their-voices.
Not to imply that TASK can come in handy in somesuch situations.
Slightly unrelated, but I recently discovered, on a trip to Kerala, that they (Malayali peoples) call is the ‘punjabi’, since Punjabi peoples were first seen wearing them.
